Walkers Motor Cycle Garage

At Walkers Motor Cycle Garage, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to providing quality motorcycles, spare parts, and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

Returns on Spare Parts & Accessories

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

If a product is delivered defective or incorrect, customers must notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). After inspection and confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Motorcycle Sales

Motorcycles sold by Walkers Motor Cycle Garage are carefully inspected before delivery. Due to the nature of vehicle sales, returns are generally not accepted once the motorcycle has been delivered and ownership has been transferred.

However, if a verified mechanical issue related to pre-delivery inspection is reported within the agreed warranty period, we will repair the issue in accordance with our warranty terms.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible products subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item differs in price, the customer will be required to pay the difference or receive the balance accordingly.

Nationwide Delivery Returns

For customers outside our immediate location, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using secure and trackable shipping services.

Walkers Motor Cycle Garage reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
